EquiRatings represents Carlow at IBYE awards

Local Enterprise Office Carlow winners, Diarmuid Byrne and Sam Watson from EquiRatings, representing the county in the Best Business Start-up (less than 24 months) category of Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur

Sports data and analytics company EquiRatings has become the first company to represent Carlow as a finalist in Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur’ awards, the winners of which will be announced next month.

EquiRatings earned the honour having won the Best Start-Up county and regional titles in recent months. The business received €20,000 in funding from the Local Enterprise Office, on winning the Carlow Best Start-up award.
