Eppione joins Deloitte Fast 50 list for the first time

The global employee benefits platform is meeting a real need for the modern workforce

Neil Fallon, David Kindlon and Ernest Legrand, founders of Eppione: milestone achievement

Eppione – creators of the global employee benefits platform providing personalised, localised benefits to more than 1,000 businesses worldwide – has been ranked 9th listed in Deloitte’s 2022 ranking of Ireland’s 50 fastest growing companies.

Having experienced significant growth since its founding in 2016, Eppione’s ranking in the 2022 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is a landmark moment for the company and its three founders, David Kindlon, Neil Fallon and Ernest Legrand.

It comes as Eppione completes its second funding round, bringing its total funding to €3.75 million in just two years.

Now, the company plans to level-up the existing employee benefits platform and launch into new global markets, with several new features and functionality enhancements planned for 2023.

Eppione’s chief executive and co-founder, David Kindlon, attributes the company’s success to closely aligning technology solutions with the real needs of businesses and their employees.

“Attitudes to employee benefits have evolved massively over the past three years. Where many employers once overlooked the potential for attracting, retaining and engaging employees with personalised benefits, the majority now recognise the importance of offering relevant, valuable and accessible benefits that meet the needs of diverse, global workforces,” Kindlon said.

“But while employer attitudes and employee expectations have changed, the solutions for selecting, managing and accessing employee benefits have not. Consequently, many employers struggle to get the maximum value for their benefits spend, while employees are often unaware of the benefits available.

“Our global employee benefits platform was designed to make all of this simple. By providing personalised benefits at a local level, with easy access and flexible options for employees, Eppione meets a very real and growing need in the modern workplace.

“Eppione has gone from strength to strength and our inclusion in Deloitte’s Fast 50 is a huge milestone for us, acknowledging the innovation and growth we’ve seen over recent years. But this is just the beginning, and we’re resolute in our mission to make employee benefits simpler, more accessible and more relevant for all – wherever you are in the world.”
