Diversity now commonplace in workforces across Ireland

Over two-thirds of Irish organisations have a diversity policy in place. That’s according to a new survey from CIPD Ireland, the professional body setting standards for HR and people development.

The findings from CIPD’s HR Practices in Ireland survey, which will be unveiled at CIPD Ireland’s annual conference this week, show a proactive approach to diversity among 65 per cent of organisations surveyed.
