Deloitte unchains finance with EMEA Blockchain Lab
The big four company is exploring the future of a rapidly changing sector by opening its lab, part of the fintech revolution happening in Ireland, writes Jason Walsh
Hoping to add to the country’s reputation for financial services, technology and pharmaceuticals, the IDA has identified fintech as a sector with massive potential for growth.
‘Big Four’ accountancy firm Deloitte is part of the reason for this confidence, and the company has now chosen Dublin as the location for its EMEA Financial Services Blockchain Lab. David Dalton, head of financial services at Deloitte Ireland, acts as co-lead partner.
