Culture shift for a better fit

Since it was founded in 2007, Nostra Systems has gone from strength to strength and a key part of its success is the office culture it has fostered, writes Quinton O’Reilly

When you first enter its Lucan office, you notice a few key decorations beside Nostra’s company logo. A motivational poster of people running up a hill with the caption “all it takes is all you’ve got”, a dense word cloud with IT support as its main theme, and an email from 2006 where the name Nostra Systems was conceived – a combination of Cisco and Nostradamus who “was famed for telling the future”....
