Creative Europe helps Irish audiovisual firms access global market

Ireland’s audiovisual sector continues its strong performance having secured €3.6 million in direct investment in the first two years of a new seven-year Creative Europe programme.

Creative Europe, which is celebrating its 25th birthday this weekend in Berlin, consists of two sub-programmes: a Culture sub-programme promoting the creative and cultural sectors, and a MEDIA sub-programme that supports the development and distribution of audiovisual works.
