Cork 2017: Montenotte Hotel’s €5m refurbishment

The Montenotte Hotel in Cork city has completed a further investment at the hotel with the launch of The Residence, 19 apartments for corporate and longer-term clients on the grounds of the four-star hotel.

The opening of the two-bedroom apartments follows a €5 million overhaul of the main property led by owner Frankie Whelehan.

Guests staying in The Residence on the six-acre site just northeast of the city centre will have access to the hotel’s amenities....
