Confidence is returning to the commercial property market in Cork city with several exciting new developments opening up for tenants or entering the planning stages.

“The commercial property market in Cork city has rebounded over the last number of years with general transaction levels increasing, rents in many sectors strengthening and yields contracting as more investors have come into the marketplace,” said Peter O’Flynn, managing director of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald Cork.
