What is this and how does it work? Captiva POS has introduced new contactless ordering for table-service restaurants; click-and-collect for quick-service restaurants; and integrated delivery services, for its EPOS system.
Restaurants can now provide their customers with contactless ordering from the table without the hassle of downloading an app. Customers simply order and pay directly from their own phone, with the completed order printing directly to the kitchen. Waitstaff have the option to place orders, and monitor tables and completed orders.
