Agribusiness Summit welcomes tech-led ‘agricultural revolution’
Farmers, state agencies, trade associations and other industry leaders convened virtually to share ideas, tech solutions and a vision for a sustainable future for Irish agriculture
Bringing together farmers, co-op members, retail multiples, regulatory and government agencies, trade associations and other industry insiders, the Agribusiness Summit took place virtually on May 6. A programme including panel discussions and specialised case studies took stock of Covid-related pressures on the sector during the last year, as well as looking to the future with talks on sustainability and a technology-led ‘Fourth Agricultural Revolution’.
