Recent works have seen bedrooms at the Celtic Ross Hotel in Rosscarbery refurbished with the introduction of new king-size Respa beds across the board and 15 rooms upgraded to superior or executive standard.

General manager Neil Grant said: “In the coming weeks, we will be completing a substantial refurbishment of our patio and terrace spaces to include an outside bar, food truck, awnings, screens and new outdoor furniture.”
