The new Workplace Equality Index is pushing companies to tackle discrimination

Last year was a milestone for equality for LGBT people in Ireland. Apart from the historic Marriage Equality Referendum, the result of which saw the Irish people become the first sovereign people to choose marriage equality by popular vote, there were other notable advancements, particularly in the area of workplace diversity.
