Work-life balance comes to fore as job market stabilises
Work-life balance has resurfaced as a desirable perk as stability returns to the job market.
New research from business advisory firm Mazars has found that a growing number of professionals are prioritising a flexible approach to working conditions.
Mazars’ External Employee Motivation Survey, released this month, found that 44 per cent of respondents cited work-life balance as a key motivational factor compared to 26 per cent this time last year.
