Moving from London to Ratoath in Co Meath prompted a change of career for former policeman David Wallace, who established recipe box start-up The Wholefood Revolution with his wife Michelle last May.
Operating initially in east Meath, the business has expanded into Dublin in recent weeks, delivering recipe boxes for pre-selected meals to homes and businesses.
