Value of state’s  €1 million Digicel bond declines

The state invested almost $1 million in the Denis O’Brien-owned Caribbean mobile phone company Digicel, The Sunday Business Post can reveal.

The Irish Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF), which is part of the National Treasury Management Agency, last year invested in bonds sold by Digicel.
