It’s been a month since UTV Ireland hit our screens. And it has been an eventful month in the Irish TV market. RTE has created a new vehicle for Claire Byrne, TV3 kicked off its homegrown soap, Red Rock, to replace the soaps that UTV made off with, and UTV has given Coronation Street and Emmerdale and a host of others a new home.
