US hedge fund guru Paulson slashes stake in Green Reit
Based on share price Paulson would have raised €14 million
John Paulson, the American hedge fund guru who made $4 billion from the US subprime loan crisis, has slashed his stake in the listed Irish property fund Green Reit.
According to filings, Paulson reduced his stake first to 5.96 per cent and then to 3 per cent.
Based on Green’s share price last week he would have raised about €14 million from the share sales.
