US court case over Enet sale wraps up
A court case in the United States over the sale of a 78 per cent stake in Enet, then owned by David McCourt’s investment fund, looks likely to be settled, according to legal papers filed in a Delaware court.
The case was taken by Luxembourg investor Cube Infrastructure Partners over the deal, which saw the Irish Infrastructure Fund (IIF) pay upwards of €150 million for a stake in Enet.
