US cloud giant pumps €4bn into Irish arm

Cloud computing company ServiceNow has put nearly €4 billion into its Irish subsidiary, according to company filings.

The filings show that SN Europe - which is registered in Bermuda - has bought 100 ordinary shares at a price of €39.3 million per share, amounting to a total injection of €3.9 billion.

Earlier this year the company announced it would be quadrupling its workforce in Ireland, having opened a new office in Dublin.
