Uniphar eyes €100m acquisition of Sisk’s healthcare arm

The Sisk Group set up the division in March 2006, as part of a strategic decision to diversify by the family-owned business, which was founded in 1859

Uniphar, Ireland’s largest integrated healthcare supply and services provider, is considering acquiring the healthcare arm of construction giant the Sisk Group.

The division, called Sisk Healthcare, employs 220 people, and could be worth over €100 million.
