The people behind Treehouse Republic are passionate about creating content for children, taking inspiration from another famous foursome when it comes to company structure
Not every company models itself on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but the four-member management team at Treehouse Republic reckon it is the perfect business structure.
“The turtles are a four-unit team, so it works really well,” Stephen Fagan, managing director of the animation studio, said. “Stuff like that shows we can have structure, but in a fun way which reflects our business.”
