Travel tech firm Openjaw sold to Chinese buyer

Openjaw, a Dublin-based software firm, has been sold by its Canadian parent Guestlogix, which is under court protection from its creditors.

Openjaw was sold to Guestlogix in December 2014 for about $41 million (€36 million), netting its founders substantial fortunes.

But Guestlogix has run into financial difficulty and, in February, received the protection of the courts in Toronto, which put its assets up for sale.
