Toronto Dominion bank puts €400m into Dublin operation

Canadian bank Toronto Dominion (TD) has pumped close to €400 million into its Irish unit which is now its main European hub.

The bank has beefed up its Irish operations to cater for European clients after Brexit. A regulatory filing reveals that it pumped $440 million (€390 million) into the Irish unit last month.
