Irish tortilla manufacturer Blanco Nino has raised £300,000 to fund the roll-out of its products in European supermarkets.
The Clonmel-based firm – which was founded by Philip Martin in 2015 – was initially focused on the sale of its tortillas to restaurants, bars and hotels. It has expanded to export into 14 European countries since its product was launched in January 2016.
