Talent-hungry firms embrace the ‘boomerang’ blueprint

A growing number of employers keen to capitalise on proven talent are introducing strategies to entice so-called “boomerang” candidates.

Research carried out by PeopleSource in the Irish market earlier this year found that 49 per cent of the respondents surveyed would consider returning to a previous employer.
