Supermac’s to invest €22m for 200 jobs at new plazas

The chips certainly aren’t down at Supermac’s as the chain plans to invest €22 million in the coming years. Plans include at least two new plazas which will create more than 200 jobs between them.

The fast-food company, founded by Galway man Pat McDonagh, has lodged planning applications for plazas in Longford and Portlaoise and is awaiting a decision on them imminently.
