Owner Key Capital says merger will offer basis for future growth
T he Sunday Business Post is to merge with Cork-based printing business Webprint.
Key Capital, the majority owner of both firms, said the merger gave a basis for future growth both organically and through consolidation of the sector.
Paul Cooke is to leave his position as managing director of The Sunday Business Post and has sold his shareholding in the business to Key Capital.
