Start-up Introview getting traction

Dublin start-up Introview is giving employers the opportunity to look behind a typed curriculum vitae (CV) with a new social recruitment website showcasing 60-second candidate pitches.

Introview founder and chief operating officer Gavin Teehan said the site could offer employers a more efficient way to connect with job candidates, who could themselves benefit from a faster response to job applications.
