There has been a noticeable sports-driven boost to sponsorship deals completed in the second quarter of 2016

Renewed momentum in Irish sponsorship across the second quarter of 2016 has been driven by sporting events, according to the latest review from sponsorship consultants Onside.

After a slow first quarter, the number of reported new deals has picked up with global brands capitalising on the international reach of Euro 2016 and the Rio Olympic Games.
