Niall O’Callaghan is commercial director at New Ireland Assurance, the pensions and investments arm of Bank of Ireland. Founded 100 years ago, New Ireland Assurance employs more than 800 people in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Kilkenny. It sells life assurance, savings, investments and pensions products.
