Software start-up taking automated recruitment to Britain and Poland

Fresh funding of €550,000 from private sources and state agency Enterprise Ireland will see software start-up BidRecruit expand its footprint in overseas markets including Britain and Poland.

The Dublin company is the brainchild of co-founders Caroline Gleeson and David Banaghan. Both had worked in tech recruitment and spotted a gap in the market for an automated alternative to the traditional agency model.
