Sisk and Macquarie win bid for PPP social housing tender worth €300m
Sisk and its joint venture partner Macquarie have won the bid for the first major public private partnership social housing tender.
Worth €300 million, this is the first large-scale contract awarded since the disastrous Bernard McNamara public private partnership collapsed under the weight of the property crash in 2008.
