Sandwich giant ‘to take’ £100m bite of market

The owner of a convenience food company set up in Newry almost 30 years ago plans to triple its turnover to £100 million, potentially tripling its workforce, by 2021.

Gareth Chambers, who led a management buyout of Around Noon in 2016 and who employs over 300 staff in Ireland and Britain, said he was confident of reaching that figure despite the ongoing uncertainty surrounding Brexit.
