Saco building serviced apartments at Zanzibar site

The site was previously run by the Capital Bars group

The US private equity giant Oaktree has sold its serviced apartment arm, which is developing a project at the former site of nightclub Zanzibar in central Dublin.

The deal, which saw the specialist serviced-apartment player Saco bought by US investment heavyweight Brookfield for £430 million, went through earlier this year.
