Ryanair to appeal competition ruling on Aer Lingus

Ryanair has said it will appeal the decision by the UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) ordering it to cut its stake in Aer Lingus to five per cent to the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

It described the CMA's decision as "ridiculous", saying it was "manifestly wrong and flies in the face of the current IAG offer for Aer Lingus".
