Ryanair may finally be forced to recognise a union if it is to move forward

Now that much of the public anger towards Ryanair over the mass cancellation of flights across September and October has cooled down, the company is focusing on the longer-term battle of dealing with the reason for the crisis: its deteriorating relations with pilots.
