RTE wants tenders for digitisation
RTE is planning on digitising its audio and video archive collections and is welcoming submissions from companies to tender for the project.
According to the tender notice, RTE plans on digitally archiving at least three of its audio and video archive collections. It will make the digitised recordings and catalogue records available for production purposes and to the public on the RTE Archives website.
Tenderers may also submit for the provision of future digitisation services at specified rates per tape and file format.
The response deadline is Thursday, May 21.
