Dublin needs taller buildings to prevent further urban sprawl and congestion as the capital expands, according to Johnny Ronan.

The veteran property developer last week revealed plans to build Dublin’s tallest building: Tara House, an 88-metre-high, 17-storey hotel, along the river Liffey.
