Roche family’s €300m property empire

Westfield Investments, the property company owned by the Roches retail dynasty, is developing €300 million worth of projects in London and Glasgow, Richard Roche told The Sunday Business Post.

“Our main focus at the moment is in Britain,” Roche, who runs the property operation, said in an extremely rare interview. “In 2010 and 2011 we purchased four development sites.”
