Irish investment firm Broadlake Capital has appointed a receiver over some of the assets of Dee’s Wholefoods, a vegetarian food company founded by Cork entrepreneur Deirdre Collins.

The appointment follows a proposed restructuring of the company, which according to the most recent set of accounts had accumulated losses of nearly €1 million.
