€2.8m investment set to triple gin output

The Rademon Estate Distillery is set to triple its production capacity after a €2.8 million development at its premises in Co Down.

The distillery, which makes Shortcross Gin, will boost its production to over 50,000 litres per annum. The expanded capacity is expected to help the company meet growing demand for exports to Britain, France, Spain, Germany, Scandinavia, the US, Canada and Australia.
