Qatari billionaire backs Irish firm
An unexpected meeting in the Liffey Valley shopping centre in Dublin has led to a London-based Qatari billionaire buying a stake in the Irish strategic and digital marketing company iZest
Wissam Al Mana, who along with his brothers has grown the business founded by his father into a retail, property, hospitality and technology conglomerate employing 3,500 people in 55 companies, is making a personal investment in iZest. The deal, which includes his purchase of a stake in the business and an investment to fuel growth, is believed to be worth €1 million.
