Property finance firm Sancus to lend €50m across Ireland in year ahead

Sancus BMS (Ireland), an alternative property finance firm, plans to lend €50 million in the island of Ireland over the next year.

The Dublin-based firm is a division of Andrew Whelan’s Sancus Group which has leant over €800 million to businesses and property investors since it was founded in 2013.
