Denis Desmond's concert promotion company, LN-Gaeity Holdings, saw its turnover leap from £165.1 million to £201.9 million in 2016.

Its costs also rose, from £109 million to £132.2 million, and the company registered a profit for the year of £3 million, up from a loss of £30,995 the year before.

The company's accumulated profits rose from £55.8 million to £62.9 million.
