Prime Active Capital eyes up British drinks company

Prime Active Capital, the Dublin finance house, is in talks to buy a British drinks company as the investment vehicle looks to transform itself.

The company is considering a deal with a company called C7 Brands, which distributes low-alcohol volume wine and soft drinks across Britain, Ireland and other markets. The deal would effectively see C7 use Prime Active as a vehicle to acquire other drinks brands and grow its business.
