A will is the way to go if you want to have your wishes respected after you die, to see your loved ones provided for, to limit their exposure to tax and to avoid family discord
Facing your own mortality head on and making plans for after you die is not a massively appealing task. Perhaps that’s why various surveys suggest that fewer than half of us have made a will.
