Pre-tax profits at LN-Gaiety Holdings fall from €5.3m to €1.7m

LN-Gaiety Holdings, the company jointly owned by Irish concert promoters Denis Desmond and Caroline Downey and the US promotional giant Live Nation, saw its turnover and pre-tax profits fall in 2017, new accounts show.

The accounts are for the period to the end of 2017, so don’t reflect the announcement earlier this month that LN-Gaiety was buying full control of Desmond and Downey’s MCD Promotions.
