Pink Kong to scale heights with first original TV series

Dublin animation studio Pink Kong has secured funding for its first original TV series, Urban Tails.

Animals native to Irish cities will be the focus of the 2D animated series, which will consist of 26 two-minute episodes.

The shows will be based on music videos from the 1990s, which Pink Kong’s founders Niamh Herrity and Aoife Doyle hope will encourage co-viewing between children and their parents.
