Dissident shareholder Worldview had long complained that Petroceltic's leadership was over remunerated. But even as the Russian hedge fund swallowed the insolvent oil and gas explorer whole,senior staff hung tough for a better deal.
Talks went on all day Wednesday. Every now and then the parties would pile back into the High Court and update Justice Brian McGovern to the effect that more time was needed.
