Start-ups are rarely located on the top floor of a skyscraper. Facebook got started in a dorm room. Apple from a garage.

But in Ireland, dorm rooms are for drinking and garages are few and far between. Perhaps you could build a multimillion euro company from your kitchen table, but it might get awkward when the dinner is ready.
